− The staff/manager. I cane with my gf for 2days vacation. We arrived at midnight. The reception worker was very rude! There is a door that we couldn't open and waited outside the building. Reception worker said "we cant do. Nothing only tommorow will bring you a key" and i had to wait long time at night for some other tourist will go outside and open me the door. After that the reception guy just said you cant go outside so i had to go outside alone and my gf waited in the room just to be able to open the door for me. The manager dont even care that he ruined half of my vacation with his worker behavior and we were upset and dissatisfied for a long night and most of the next day. Half of my vacation was stressed and mad. Never coming back there and be careful. Place that cant know he made mistake and not even apologize. My vacation was very bad because of that way of treatment Also the room doesn't look as in the photos, some things are broken and the bath too

8.0Die Lage war sehr praktisch zu Fuß etwas zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war schön und sauber. Die Betten waren bequem.
− Das Schließsystem lässt zu wünschen über. Teilweise funktionierte es nicht richtig, es hat öfter Aussetzer.
