Extremely disappointing and absolutely not worth the price

− This was easily one of the most frustrating hotel experiences we have ever had. The service was shockingly poor. There was absolutely no Wi-Fi signal in our cottage, so we called the front desk for help. The staff member sounded extremely impatient and dismissive, gave us a vague promise that someone would fix it, and then did absolutely nothing. The problem was never resolved. Apparently, once they have your money, basic customer service is no longer their concern. The cottage is also far from the parking area. There is clearly a road directly in front of the cottage, yet guests are not allowed to drive in or park nearby. We had to carry all our luggage over a long distance for no sensible reason. This arrangement is incredibly inconvenient, poorly designed, and completely inconsiderate toward guests. To make matters worse, the metal ring attached to the room key was so sharp and poorly made that it actually punctured and injured my hand. A room key should not be a safety hazard. The price is extremely high, but the so-called “view” was underwhelming, the facilities were inconvenient, and the room was poorly equipped. There was a microwave, but not even a single bowl or plate provided. What exactly are guests supposed to use the microwave for? For such an expensive stay, we expected at least basic comfort, functional Wi-Fi, reasonable access to the cottage, safe equipment, and professional service. Instead, we received inconvenience, indifference, and disappointment from beginning to end. Completely overpriced and absolutely not recommended.

Klimatyczne domki w świetnej lokalizacji… duża przestrzeń dookoła domku, pyszne śniadanie. Na wyróżnienie przede wszystkim zasługuje świetny personel, mili i uśmiechnięci ludzie którzy dbają o dobry klimat.

− Jeśli chodzi o czystość w domku to mogłoby być nieco dokładniej ;)

Poor quality - but pricey.

Great location.

− Many things in poor repair: blinds not working, noisy fridge, small boiler with limited hot water. Also one of our cottages had a view to a parking lot. And you cannot park close to the other, hence spend a lot of lugging your gear back and forth. The cottages overall are made very cheap and spartan, evidently calculating on the limited choice available and tallying with the Icelandic style of maximizing profit from tourism with questionable quality.
