Loved Broadstairs but the property was not really suitable for people of our age.
8.0Very good location, pity about the busy road. The proprietor was very friendly and apologised for the stairs
− Too many stairs. The room was very hot and there was no fan. Also a lot of noise from the road.
Cozy and well run guest house. Great for a trip to broadstoars with easy access to town and beaches.

Pleasant stay for a short trip where we just need a room to sleep.
6.0The bed, flooring, bathroom were all clean. Bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and cool despite the hot weather. The owners were really lovely. Great location to get to the beach and high street.
− There were small details missed when preparing our room after the previous guests had left. Packet of biscuits opened and half eaten left by the kettle, chewing gum had been stuck and left on the bedside table. There was rust on the shower rail and cracks on the wardrobe cabinet that need replacing. There was also a tear on the lamp shade which needs replacing.
Very enjoyable stay
10.0Lovely little stay here with friends, lovely hosts, comfortable beds, clean and very close to beach and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!
