5.0בניגוד לחדר ולקבלה ארוחת הבוקר הפתיעה לטובה לינה והצוות המדהים שלה נענה לכל בקשה והארוחה היתה הכי שווה בניו יורק אבל החדר הוא לא סוויטה אלא חדר צפוף אפילו לשניים יש מכונת קפה ומיקרו אבל אין תנאים להנות מזה ומהמקרר והמקלחת שאין בה מקום לשים משהו

10.0Experience was great, service exellent, Lina the supervisor in the breakfast and her teen they was the best, and the person Jennifer who take care our she was great to, the receptionist people nice, are experienced in the hotel was the best, I recommend the hotel 100 porcent.

− Attente très longue aux ascenseurs. Salle de petit déjeuner complètement saturée, voire même stressante. Petit déjeuner de qualité médiocre. Agencement de la chambre peu pratique et manque de possibilités de rangement.

10.0We had a great stay! The hotel was very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room had a beautiful view of the Empire State Building, which made the experience even more special. The bed was super comfortable, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations—it was delicious! They even make fresh omelets to order, which was a wonderful touch. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

10.0Every interaction I had with the staff during my stay was exceptional. Dinu was very kind and accommodating with our luggage hold and let me borrow an umbrella for the day. Yasmill was very prompt and courteous with check in and was able to provide our room early despite world cup final. Keanna was gracious in allowing us to check out late and provided excellent service with a smile each time. Despite the rainy weather and crowded lobby, everyone did their best to make it an enjoyable experience. The rooms were a bit on the smaller side for this brand, but it is NYC, so should be expected... the shower was amazing with water pressure and heat! Thanks for a great stay and look forward to the next time.
