İşletme aile işletmesi,Sahibi Yhannis çok sıcak,güleryüzlü,yardımsever,temizlikle bizzat ilgileniyor.Basit temiz rahat bir apart dairesi.Konumu çok iyi.Sadece banyo,küvet,lavabo çok küçük,Yhannis'e önerim direk küveti kırması, bence gereksiz.Bir de asansör olmaması merdiven çıkamayacaklar için dezavantaj.Ama hizmet kalitesi,konum,temizlik mükemmel.
