L’accueil chaleureux et la gentillesse du personnel, l’emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville, ainsi que la chambre moderne et très bien équipée ont rendu notre séjour excellent. Le restaurant sur le toit avec sa magnifique terrasse est un véritable atout. Le petit-déjeuner est très varié et le spa offre un espace calme et reposant idéal pour se détendre. Je recommande cet hotel sans la moindre hésitation!

− Le bonnet de bain obligatoire pour se rendre au spa ?? Spa un peu petit. suggestion : proposer des cartes de transport d'une journée (ou plus) à la réception de l'hôtel.

10.0One of the Best Hotel Experiences of My Life! This hotel truly exceeded all my expectations. The views were breathtaking, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. I especially want to mention the front desk staff, who were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Their genuine kindness made my stay even more special. The absolute highlight was the swimming pool! It was so peaceful and relaxing, with beautiful meditative music playing softly in the background. It felt like a little sanctuary where I could completely unwind and enjoy the moment. I have traveled extensively around the world, but it is rare to find a hotel that leaves such a deep impression on me. This may honestly be my favorite place to stay in Lisbon. Even when a few minor issues came up, the staff handled everything incredibly quickly and professionally. Their response was faster than I would expect even from many five-star hotels! Their attentiveness and genuine care truly stood out. Thank you to the entire team, especially the wonderful front desk staff, for making my stay so memorable. This was much more than just a hotel stay; it was a truly special experience. I would absolutely love to come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon!

10.0Yashuga was most helpful and hospitable. He was very cheerful and polite and made sure all our needs were met. The hotel is also coneniently placed in old town so things are very walkable.
