4.0Building is quite new. Staff at the check in office was friendly.
− This is the second time we used this company. Different locations same company. Both times we were given lower grade rooms than what we booked for (example 2 bedrooms instead of 3 bedrooms or no balcony even though we booked a room with balcony etc). Both times we needed to negotiate to be changed. Hair dryer and washing machine was broken, soap was empty, bathtub was dirty.

8.0Las instalaciones y la relación calidad-precio, está muy bien.
− No hay servicio de urgencias en recepción. Existe un teléfono fuera del apartamento para contactar con ellos, pero en el interior no. Se generó una situación de inseguridad y no pudimos contactar con nadie, dado que no teníamos SIM de Andorra y estábamos sin cobertura con nuestra operadora de telefonía.

− Je ne comprends pas pourquoi on m à enlevé 30 euros à la caution il me semble que je n ai rien cassé ni rien volé et j ai même enlevé les mégots de cigarettes de la cour et laissé des sacs poubelles....

A €400 security deposit (CASH ONLY) must be paid at reception on the day of key collection. This deposit will be refunded at check-out, subject to inspection.
A cleaning supplement of €50 will be applied at the end of the stay.
