O único item que realmente me desagradou fez muita diferença em toda estadia

− Não gostei do chuveiro, saia pouca água e apenas morna. Optei por usar o chuveirinho que saia mais água e mais quente, porém muito ruim para quem pretende lavar o cabelo como meu caso.

3.0− Perdi um cartão de acesso do quarto e fui cobrado R$ 80,00 , pedi uma emissão de nota fiscal e me informaram que não emitem nota. A cobrança pela perda não foi informada no check in Até a próxima sexta-feira(10-06) vou pedi o meu advogado para entrar com um processo, sobre a falta de clareza e cobrança abusiva. Esse processo será direcionado a empresa Booking.
