第一次訂公寓式飯店本來還有點擔心，但是，比預期的還要便利，非常推薦。
10.01、離水天宮前車站很近，非常方便。 2、我們住的房間在頂樓，本來很擔心日曬的問題，一進房間發現很涼快，空調有先幫客人打開，非常貼心。 3、更換毛巾和浴巾非常方便，通知櫃台人員即可。 4、完整的廚具及洗脫烘衣機，可以完美解決洗衣服的問題。 5、空間很大，如同日本隔局的設計，浴室、廁間和洗手台三者是分開的，對多人入住來說，非常方便。

9.0The self contained apartment made it an easy base for a longer stay in Tokyo. The washing machine and heated room were a lifesaver during a humid July visit. Staff were friendly and helped as much as they could.
− The sofa and chairs for the table were not great for using whilst eating (as Europeans!).
Perfect location, full function and exceptional clean.

10.0Ter uma máquina de lavar dentro do quarto é muito útil e economiza tempo. Alem disso tem fogão que oferece comodidade para quem tem algum tipo de restrição alimentar. Sua localização também é muito boa, próximo ao Tokyo City Air Terminal facilitando o deslocamento do aeroporto para o hotel usando o Limousine Bus.
