6.0We knew it was small, especially for a family with 3 children, but we were there for the sea and beach. Nice common area and free tea and coffee acted as our kitchen. Fridge was shared and saved us lots of eating out. Deal breaker was day 7 coming to the room and seeing a rat on our bed. No sleep that night, checked out early.No refund.

Vacation in Koh Lipe
2.0At booking, the confirmation is sent to wrong email, i never received it, i wait, and no more room available, i booked an other hotel, that cost me a double booking. During staying, almost impossible to communicate with reception (English or by hand), the manager come with an attitude 'already payed, i don't care'. When smoking in downstair, the smoke go to uptair, very ennoies. The room was built by coco lumber, the powder termite blowed by the aircon, make itchy allway.
