Great B&B, in a prime location just 5/10 minutes walk to most attractions. Very clean, also a great price.

− Nothing we didn't like, we never had breakfast so can't comment on that

Very good location, clean and modern

− The main entrance to the building is dark and quite old looking (the Hotel is on the second floor of this building). There isnot an elevator.

Op zich een prima plek en zeker fijn centraal. Had alleen meer comfort verwacht voor die prijs.

De ligging, de badkamer en gemeenschappelijke keuken waar koffie gemaakt kon worden en koud water getapt. Het is een mooi pand op een zeer centraal punt in Florence.

− De kamer was kleiner dan deze in omschrijving en foto's leek. De airconditionining, die midzomer echt nodig is, stopte er mee als je de kamerdeur opende of het badkamerraampje opende, het duurde even voor dat dit duidelijk was. Het bed was vrij hard en voor een 2e bed, een slaapbank, moest betaald worden terwijl wij met 2 personen waren. Bij aankomst moet je de city-tax + het 2e bed betalen, dit leek even een probleem aangezien pinnen niet mogelijk was. Gelukkig bleken we voldoende contact te hebben en hebben dit dus betaald. Bij ons vertrek vroeg de gastheer ons de city-tax en het 2e bed te betalen. Hij kon zich, ook na herhaaldelijk uitleg van onze kant, niet herinneren dat reeds betaald was. We hebben niet alsnog (extra) moeten betalen maar het voelde niet prettig om zo'n gesprek te hebben en de gastheer niet kan herinneren dat alle regel-betaalzaken netjes zijn voldaan.
