4.0Ilmastointi toimi ja autolle oli ilmainen parkki latausmahdollisuudella (maksullinen Plugit-lataus).
− Likaiset petikamppeet Vähän astioita, ei riittävästi kahdelle päivän tarpeisiin Likainen mikro + kaapit + uuni TV ilman mahdollisuutta liittää omaa laitetta Täysin hyödytön sohvan tapainen Rikkinäinen yöpöytä Silityslauta jolla ei voi kunnolla silittää Toisen rullaverhon naru puuttuu Ei mitään perustarvikkeita kuten suolaa jne. Yleisesti kaikki tehty mahdollisimman halvalla eikä pidetty huolta.
Etenkin koiran kanssa erittäin toimiva majoitus. Hyvät parkkipaikat. Avara ja valoisa asunto.
8.0Siisti, valoisa, toimiva kokonaisuus. Ovikoodisysteemi on kätevä. Auringonlaskut näkyi upeasti huoneeseen. Kiva puutarha, koiraystävällinen paikka.
− B rapun ulko ovi oli iltapvllä ja illalla todella tiukka (auringon lämmittäessä sen). Oli vaikeuksia saada se auki, vaati voimaa.
