- sehr schöne Lage mit Meerblick - supertoller Whirlpool - Dachwohnung - grosse Terrasse
− - lieblos eingerichtet (billige weisse, abgeschossene Ikea-Möbel, kaum Deko, daher kommt kaum romantische Stimmung auf - Bauleichen (Sanitärschläuche aus der Wand, fehlende Elektro-Abdeckungen) - defekte Geräte (Spülmaschine, Lampen, Eingangstor) und Einrichtung (zerrissene Vorhänge, Flecken auf Tischplatte, ablösende Kunstharzbeschichtungen) - Duschen nur im Sitzen möglich bei Körpergrösse >1,80 m - keine Ansprechperson vor Ort - mangelhaftes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Mit ein wenig gestalterischem Flair und anständigen Unterhaltsarbeiten wäre die Unterkunft topp. Schade!

Posizione e vista dal terrazzo ottime, jacuzzi stupenda, cucina piccola ma attrezzata (fornelli ad induzione, macchinetta per il caffè, microonde, posate, bicchieri, pentole, piatti). Il ristorante la Bilaia sotto all'AGRI SUITE molto romantico e cibo squisito!! Tutti prodotti freschi del loro orto. Proprietario e personale del ristorante super disponibili.
− Appartamento piccolo ed essendo una mansarda abitabile c'è poco spazio anche in altezza. Non c'è lavatrice e nemmeno lavastoviglie. Posto consigliato solo per brevi periodi (2/3 notti), in quanto non sono forniti di materiali per la pulizia giornaliera della casa (esempio scopa, detersivo per pulizia bagno e/o superfici). Il parcheggio riservato purtroppo non era accessibile per via delle piante. Consiglio di dare una sciacquata alla jacuzzi prima di utilizzarla e ci mette 40 minuti minimo per riempirsi (l'acqua calda va molto molto piano). La jacuzzi è posizionata in una stanza apposta affacciata alla terrazza, peccato che proprio sotto ci siano anche i parcheggi per il ristorante, quindi tende chiuse!
