− No me gustó la ubicación y las fotos no reflejan realmente como es el hotel. Y la cama estaba dura, el cuarto era demasiado caliente

7.0La ubicación del hotel es muy buena ya que se tienen acceso al parque, a la terminal de buses y un supermercado enfrente muy completo. Y otros locales de comida. Las instalaciones son cómodas y amplias. Contaba con un frigobar excelente para guardar bebidas.
− No se cuenta con una llave para poder abrir la puerta de entrada (tocar el timbre cada vez que se entra al hotel es tedioso), se escuchaban ruidos de un perro en el lugar (mas a media noche), no hay menú definido para los desayunos, servicio al cliente debe mejorar. Falta jabón para las manos.
