9.0Super accueil, toujours près a rendre service, propreté du jardin et des chambres, plage bien entretenue, très bon emplacement a la fois calme et proche des animations
− Structure vieillissante, difficile de ne pas faire entrer du sable dans la chambre, buffet varié mais répétitif

10.0Établissement très bien situé, avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Le personnel est très serviable et agréable. Je recommande vivement ! L’établissement est situé au bord de la plage, à proximité des bars et restaurants, avec une bonne ambiance.
Schöne Lage
8.0Herzliches Personal und schöne Anlage, aber Mängel bei Sauberkeit und KomfortDas Hotel liegt wunderschön und die Anlage ist toll gestaltet. Ein ganz großes Lob geht an das Personal, alle Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich freundlich, nett und herzlich! Leider passt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis insgesamt überhaupt nicht, da es zu viele Mängel gibt. Der Zimmerservice wurde zwar innerhalb von weniger als fünf Minuten durchgeführt, dass war aber absolut nicht beeindruckend, sondern spiegelte sich leider in der mangelhaften Sauberkeit wider. Im Zimmer war das Sofa sehr dreckig und die Betten waren zudem sehr hart. Auch draußen waren die Auflagen der Strand- und Poolliegen total verschmutzt und nach Regen komplett nassgesaugt. Es gibt noch viele weitere Kleinigkeiten, die bei diesem Preis nicht vorkommen dürfen. Wegen des wunderbaren, herzlichen Teams und der Lage gebe ich aber trotzdem noch 4 Sterne.

− Selon la description, le ponton d'arrivée pour les bateaux est face à l'hôtel : oui mais il est travaux. Nous avons été informés quelques jours avant, un peu tard pour changer tous nos plans. L'arrivée à un autre endroit a été compliquée et payante pour rejoindre l'hôtel. Aucun geste commercial du manager en compensation, ce qui n'est correct. Il nous a proposé d'annuler la réservation pour en refaire une directement avec l'hôtel et gagner 5 euros... Pas tres honnête...nous avons refusé et nous sommes débrouillés seuls pour le retour avec un tuk-tuk.
