10.0The location was excellent, closer to facilities, and the Mall with the Virgin Active area is jogger-friendly, challenging hills, but very good
− The gravel stone paving is aesthetically pleasing, but not practical. You can end up walking on the beautiful lawn to avoid the gravel
A beautiful and comfortable stay with excellent facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would happily stay here
10.0The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We especially appreciated the honesty and kindness of the staff member who contacted us after we had accidentally left some belongings behind. Overall, it was a lovely stay.
− The check-in experience could be improved. We arrived after hours at around 22:30 after a long drive from Johannesburg and felt that the late check-in was not handled as warmly as expected. Communication over the phone could have been a little more professional. While we understand that after-hours arrivals can be inconvenient, we felt that the staff members we spoke to did not seem particularly welcoming or happy about the late check-in arrangement.
