Mala experiencia durante nuestra estancia.
1.0A la llegada y parte de la mañana perfecto, obtuvimos justo por lo q pagamos.
− Ya en la tarde noche, en la noche y durante la madrugada, nos teníamos q levantar a CADA HORA, para encender el aire, se le consultó al personal los cuales no tienen la culpa. Pero si responsabilizo al hotel por no capacitar a su personal. Si hubiese querido dormir con calor, duermo en la calle, el hotel no salió nada barato y prácticamente nos desvelamos los 3, nos tuvimos que turnar para encender el aire a cada rato. No había a nadie el cual consultarle sobre el tema del aire, y ninguno de los dos encargados que estuvieron durante la guardia, ninguno supo modificar o resetear la configuración del aire para que dejara de apagarse. Mala experiencia y no lo recomendaría!!! Hasta nunca!

9.0Me sorprendió para bien. Súper bien ubicado a menos de 200mts de la estación de Sanz. Muy limpio, cómodo, el baño precioso. La atención tanto de los chicos de recepción muy bien, amables. Ya tengo sitio para quedarme cuando tenga el próximo concierto!
− Sólo por decir algo, faltaría un espejo. En el baño había, pero es un espejo de baño no te ves.
