Horrific unsafe with no verbal or written advice as to what to do in an emergency evacuation.

− No offer of help to my room on the 3rd floor, burnt breakfast, I paid with my debt card and was not given a receipt for payment, when I asked for an invoice they said I would have to go back to Booking .com, I explained I have paid booking .com I have paid you. I have been forced to complain to the Inland revenue and customers who agreed to take up my complaint. I was also but in the smallest room I have ever slept in, I am a Health & Safety consultant and I noticed a number of breaches when I stopped at this hotel. I strongly advised you visit this establishment and assess the safety of it.

Have no reason to go back .
5.0− Couldn’t check in until 4, but no one there to leave luggage earlier. This wasn’t indicated on their website. Arrived back at 5:30, not particularly welcoming and had to wait outside at door, rather than be invited to sit inside until the owner had finished with another guest. We had booked a king suite with Mountain View, this was not the room we were given.

− Having to find ATM to pay cash was tricky when travelling. The room was very small for someone with a largish case.
