− -Mieszkanie nie jest w tym miejscu w którym jest zaznaczone na mapie. -W ogłoszeniu jest napisane że mieszkanie posiada taras. Okazuje się że taras nie jest przypisany do mieszkania tylko jest do ogólne użytku. Ale to nie ma znaczenia bo z taras jest w takim stanie że nie da się z niego korzystać: walają się resztki jedzenia i pety po papierosach, wszystko jest w odchodach ptaków a krzesła i stoły nie były sprzątane od lat. -Mieszkanie jest w fatalnym stanie: podarte obicia łóżek, zardzewiałe kaloryfery, odpadająca spłuczka od toalety, pleśń w łazience. -Mieszkanie jest bardzo słabo wyposażone: nie ma wystarczającej liczby sztućców dla wszystkich mieszkańców, nie ma nawet płyny do mycia naczyń żeby po sobie pozmywać, nie ma nawet worków na śmierci. Niestety na prośbę o uzupełnienie tych braków właściciel nie zareagował -Mieszkanie było tylko powierzchownie posprzątane: podłoga była lepka, blaty stołów brudne. Parapety, okna, zasłony nie były myte od lat. Po przybyciu musiałem poświęcić 2 godziny na sprzątanie żeby dało się tam funkcjonować -Widzę że do średniej oceny wliczają się różne pokoje, może pozostałe są w lepszym stanie ale tego w którym byłem radzę unikać.

− Tous . J’ai attendu 15 min car l’hôtel était fermée à 15h , Chambre deguelasse le lit n’étais pas fait il yavais des cheveux et des poiles sur le lit dans l’évier de la salle de bain j’avais prit vu sur la mer j’ai eu vue sur la rue (en travaux) j’ai finalement prit un autre hôtel j’attend encore mon remboursement , photo mensongère attention ne prenais pas cette hôtel !!!!
Tolle Lage, freundlicher Gastgeber - aber sehr spartanisches Wohnen
7.0Super Lage (nahe der Sultanahmed (=Blauen) Moschee und nicht weit vom Grozen Basar). Tram-Station auch in der Nähe, so auch Anlegehäfen für Fähren gut erreichbar. Toller Blick aus den Fenstern auf das Marmarameer. Sehr sympathischer Gastgeber, der immer erreichbar war und allen Wünschen (wie extra Bettwäsche, neuen Handtüchern, mehr Toilettenpapier) gerne nachkam und sich um unser Wohl sorgte. Duschgel und Seife war auch vorhanden. Wohnung entsprach vom Schnitt her den Bildern (2 Einzelbetten + ein Single-Schlafsofa im Zimmer + um die Ecke (ohne Tür) ein schmales Doppelbett, zudem eine offene Küchenniesche und ein abgetrenntes Badezimmer). Sehr, sehr günstiger Preis!
− Sehr spartanisch eingerichtete, v.a. auch in die Jahre gekommene Wohnung/ Einrichtung. Nicht viel Küchengeschirr. V.a. das Badezimmer war nicht mehr so ordentlich und sauber, wie es auf den Bildern aussieht; Fliesen schon etwas angegammelt teils und beim Duschen stand immer das ganze Bad mit unter Wasser, da Schiebe-Tür/ Vorhang fehlte. - Also eher für studentisches Reisen/ mit wenig Luxus-Anspruch.
