The place was really clean and nice, seems we were the only visitors on property so we have the place all to ourselves. We played at the pool table, tennis and have a lil time by the gym. I really love this place because of the pool and how the place is well kept.

− When following my GPS i was wondering if we are going the right place, because of the location with the turns and bushes.however, it was safe and we did felt comfortable upon arriving at the location. since we were bringing our kids I think a kettle and a refrigerator would be good in the room, the other day we did get a refrigerator though.

The stay overall was good..peaceful and quiet just what I needed

The room was very clean and comfy..the pool was clean.parking was secure

− Maybe breakfast could be included in cost to stay and a security posted at the gate to let in and out instead of blowing the horn upon entering or existing stay

The beds were really big and confortable

− I had some issues with the shower as it wasn't working at first. Even after the host fixed it, there was still air in the pipes, which caused a lot of noise and an inconsistent water flow. Additionally, the location is a bit difficult to find and the neighborhood felt a little sketchy, with construction sites and vacant lots nearby. However, the interior is very comfortable and well-equipped (I didn't use the pool, but it looks amazing).

Rooms were clean

− Poor customer service. Only x2 staff were pleasant the remainder were not very freindly. Tiolets noisy (room 4)and self cleaning through the which night which made it diffcult to sleep. Location was hard to find and definitely not walking distance. Booked 6 rooms and we all had problem witb the water spullerting out and shower water had the same problem

Comme à la maison

Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison dans cet hôtel et y avons trouvé le repos espéré. L'hôtel est très propre. Prenez la formule petit déjeuner pour déguster chaque jours une spécialité (la cuisinière s'adapte à vos goûts). Nous avons logé dans une très grande chambre avec une baignoire massante et la radio dans la douche (les enfants ont adoré !). Dans un grand salon commun nous avons profité du billard et de la table de ping pong. La piscine est magnifique, il y a également un petit bain à bulles. Nous avons adoré piqueniquer sur le toit terrasse avec le coucher de soleil et la vue sur la mer. Le vrai plus : la gentillesse de tout le personnel !

− Si vous réservez dans cet hôtel il vous faut absolument une voiture pour vous déplacer car l'hôtel se situe sur les hauteurs de Negril., à 10min de route des plages.
