10.0飯店在鳥羽站1號出口有來回接送、很方便。飯店設施乾淨舒適、員工從接待到早晚餐的服務都讓人覺得賓至如歸、尤其大廳的咖啡茶點豐富、在颱風天入住備覺飯店的照顧很週到、溫暖、房間在高樓層面海、房內設計讓人喜歡、覺得放鬆；泡湯溫泉設施景觀也很棒、是一次很棒的住宿體驗。
服務品質、溫泉及食物都值得體驗
9.0老闆娘及員工都很親切、有禮，也很努力用不熟的英文解說，尤其是有位男性服務員（手部有燙傷痕），服務態度真的令人感動
