3.0Lack of business acumen, systems, organization and that resulted in very, very, very poor cleaniness, and no maintenance. There was no toilet paper in our room and no shower curtain - so we were unable to take a shower. The carpeting, doors, handles, and walls were filthy. Due to sanitary and health reasons related to allergies we were unable to stay.

− It was dirty , rooms dirty , shower dirty & had hair inside . Bugs n the rooms flying . No room keys for rooms.

− the flat bread pizza was horrible, The cafe was out of alot of stuff. The keys would not work front desk people had to open everyones doors
