10.0The hotel is in an amazing location, which was beautiful with a direct view of the famous Amazon statue. I loved the welcome message on the TV when I first got to the room. That was a nice touch.
− It would be nice to have various charger types for the outlet since this hotel seems to cater to an international crowd. I had to go to the local store and buy an adapter because the one that I had was not compatible with what was in the room. Also, housekeeping should check hand soap body wash, etc, when preparing a room. I had to call and ask for these to be refilled because they were empty upon arrival.
