Location, Location, Location Super friendly staff. Experienced in all sorts of Dining experiences, how to get the best guide to see all the museums. Such a serene hotel. A sanctuary within the busy Florence! Great hotel to take refuge and relax after a day of walking on the busy streets of Florence. Friendly staff! Clean room with beautiful decors. Will definitely come back!
