10.0This hotel is so fabulous in term of location and the staff is so helpful and always happy to help! Room was very clean and very confortable! I strongly recommend this location for a visit in Sapa!

10.0We loved staying here - the staff are really lovely and always go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Great value for money and super close to the bus station. Amazing breakfast options included!
− If you’re used to soft western-type beds, you may find the beds quite firm.
