Struttura accogliente in una posizione eccellente.
8.0Struttura molto bella, pulita e confortevole, in posizione centrale e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano numerosi ristoranti e molte delle principali attrazioni artistiche e storiche della città. Lo staff è stato molto disponibile, fornendo indicazioni puntuali e utili che hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

1.0Det eneste som trekker opp, er hotellets beliggenhet, som var svært god. Dessverre veier ikke dette opp for manglene ved renhold, standard og den alvorlige sikkerhetsfeilen.
− Hotellet levde dessverre ikke opp til den høye vurderingen det har fått. Rommene fremsto som mangelfullt rengjort, særlig badet, og hotellet virket generelt slitt og lite innbydende. Dette samsvarte ikke med inntrykket bildene på nettsiden ga. Det mest alvorlige var imidlertid at vi fikk utlevert en masternøkkel som også åpnet rommet til familien vi reiste sammen med – og deres nøkkel åpnet vårt rom. Dette er en alvorlig sikkerhetssvikt og helt uakseptabelt. Det er umulig å vite hvor mange andre rom denne nøkkelen også kunne åpne, noe som gjorde at vi ikke følte oss trygge under oppholdet. Airconditionen fungerte heller ikke som den skulle. Vi kunne senke temperaturen, men den lot seg ikke justere opp igjen, og den fungerte derfor ikke optimalt.
Disappointingly dirty and uncomfortable, with a very concerning room security issue.
1.0The location was convenient and well situated for exploring Rome.
− Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing, especially considering the high rating of this property. The room and bathroom were not properly cleaned. The shower was particularly unhygienic, with visible mould/fungus, dirt and grime, and there was dust and dirt in several areas of the room. The air conditioning also did not work properly during our stay, when temperatures in Rome were around 38°C, making the room very uncomfortable. Most concerning of all was the security issue. We discovered that our room key could also open my sister’s room, and her key could open ours. This made us feel that neither we nor our belongings were secure, as it raised serious concerns about whether other room keys might also provide access. Based on the cleanliness, the inadequate air conditioning and, above all, the security issue with the room keys, our experience was far below what we expected from a property with such a high rating. I would strongly recommend that future guests take these issues into consideration.

9.0O quarto é grande e o hotel fica muito bem localizado, próximo às principais atrações. O ambiente também é bastante limpo. Tem um cheiro delicioso!
− Tem TV mas não funciona. Vc pode seguir todas as instruções para configurar q não dá certo. Acho que os travesseiros e o colchão poderiam ser um pouco mais confortáveis.

− La entrada al edificio es quizás lo mas descuidado, pero es algo entendible y no es culpa del alojamiento. Además, al final le da encanto.
