10.0内風呂&露天風呂、夕&朝食全てが最高でした。スタッフさんの接客も外国の方でしたが、言語に全く問題なく、配慮も素晴らしくおもてなしの精神を感じました。さすが月洸樹さん、噂通りかそれ以上の最高のお宿でした。ただ、70代の両親にはちょっと食事量が多かった気がします。

8.0Nice sophisticated ryokan. Attention to detail. My first dinner and breakfast were wonderful , second Wasn’t as good. The a/c was right over my bed so the air blows at the bed, not too comfortable. The bed sinks in the middle. We took a taxi from Kumamoto, it took 2 hours. The private baths were great. There are no snacks in the rooms and nothing to order, bring some ! Only 8 rooms so lots of privacy.

8.0Nice, lots of privacy. Limited English. I don’t think they want to cater to westerners, other than the dinner menu nothing else is translated. I had a hard time with the a/c control which is all in japonese. The private baths are great. The food was wonderful on the first night but not as good on the second , same with breakfast. Overall enjoyable.

10.0It is a nice place with both indoor and open air hot spring for relax. The meal and foods are fresh and delicious. Excellent service. I can enjoy my holiday with my friends during stay. I would like to recommend to my friends also.
