− No tiene cancel en la regadera y se sale el agua.

Excelente ubicación, estancia cómoda y personal muy amable, segunda vez que me quedó por medio de booking y me dan atención inmediata por la app, solicité la habitación que tuve la vez anterior y con toda amabilidad me la asignaron, me dejan hacer chek in a las 2:00 pm cosa que agradezco después de un largo viaje, el que cuenten con elevador hace la estancia muy cómoda, dado que varios hoteles de la zona no tienen este servicio.

− El último día de limpieza en habitación no colocaron más bebida y papel higiénico.

PERSONAL ATENTO Y ACCESIBLE

La ubicación es muy buena, está en un lugar estratégico en la ciudad si vas de paseo, a catedral puedes ir caminando, los restaurantes, locales y mercado todo está muy cerca.

− En mi caso, tengo el sueño muy ligero y el menor ruido me despierta, pero como estoy acostumbrada a levantarme temprano no tuve problema, si vas de descanso si podría ser molesto el ruido del personal de limpieza a todas horas, a pesar de que especifican a los huéspedes en su reglamento que el horario de descanso comprende de 10 pm a 07 am, ellos mismos no lo respetan.

Muy limpio, con muy buena ubicación además que tenían muy buena oferta por la habitación y un personal muy atento.

− La habitación está mal iluminada, las 3 lámparas se apagan con un solo interruptor, sería más cómodo si la lámpara de cada lado de la cama tuviera su interruptor
