10.0Staff were friendly, and accommodating really good value for money
− The overall feel of the place was tiered, a lot of things need updating and the area it is in isn't the best at all
Overall good for what we needed.
7.0Property was in a good location for an event we were attending and was well priced. We arrived earlier than check in too but they sorted a room for us no problem. Bed was comfy too.
− The room did have a slight hint of smoke as we walked in but we just opened the windows to get rid of it. The doors are quite loud too when you shut them.

1.0there was nothing to like, extremely poor hotel.
− Awful property. It was very dirty. Rubbish dump in the back garden of the accommodation, very bad smell due to this and awful to look at. One of my teams were due to stay for the week, refused to stay even for the first night. Lots of photos for evidence taken, no refund offered.
Please note that the property restaurant is temporary not available due some improvement but there is restaurant near by the hotel.
A deposit may be required at the property.
