8.0Nice stay, bedroom is clean, the owner is nice. Its a house where the family live. In the second floor you have a place to rest like a rooftop. Quiet area, small old street, some street food around. Very good location, not far from downtown. I recommend.

10.0Accueil très chaleureux et familial, belle terrasse avec vue sur la ville, lit très confortable, très peu de touristes dans le quartier qui n'est pas trop bruyant. Très belle rencontre avec des personnes toujours prêtes à rendre service.

8.0Das Personal scheint hier eher eine Familie über mehrere Generationen zu sein und Oma ist trotz gesundheitlicher Einschränkung ein echtes Bündel Fröhlichkeit. Wir waren schon vor 2 Jahren hier und man hat uns doch wieder erkannt und Oma hat uns direkt ein Zimmerupgrade gegeben. Neben dem super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist die Dachterasse ein besonderes Highlight an der Unterkunft. Hier kann man sich tagsüber im Schatten aufhalten. Ventilatoren wären noch gut.
− In unserem Zimmer 4 - 3 hat es etwas gerochen. Ich vermute die Klimaanlage.

5.0Quiet residential area. 15 minute walk to/from Hua Lamphong station. The Mountain Goat coffee shop is nearby, with very good coffee. There is a quaint morning local market on the same street.
− AC (room 2-2) was shut off during the day so the room was not habitable then, and was too cold when turned on at night. You do get a blanket though.
