10.0The helpfullness and enthusiasm of the staff. Everyone was so lovely to us. We were fortunate enough to get an upgrade and the room was absolutely splendid. The photos online are realistic. What you see is what you get.
Bitzaro is a beautiful hotel with great food and lovely staff. We have stayed here 4 times and will return again
