My stay was disappointing because the hotel was dirty and clearly in need of maintenance.
1.0I didn’t find this hotel likable. There’s a few things that I found different from what the hotel mentioned. It was not as I expected from this hotel.
− The bathroom sink was clogged, the bathroom faucet was not sturdy (you can wiggle it), the bathroom was dirty ( the door was damaged, like someone punched it from the inside and the outside), the bottom walls around the toilet were dirty, damaged, and the baseboards are dirty broken. The toilet paper holder is broken and the floor looks like it never been swept,

− First off, no coffee maker, they said people take them but they still put the coffee packets in the room I added what do I do with them they shrugged their shoulders? I had to ask for wash rags, I wasn't Informed there's a $75 dollar deposit on .y card that I don't get back for 4 ti 7 days? Why is that? I'll nit stay there ever again!!! Why is this place this dirty and so dysfunctional in the best tourist town ever in Tennessee? Also the mattress felt like the springs were coming up through the fabric my back is wrecked! I do not recommend anyone staying at this place what a waste of money! I'm really pissed!

− Them lying about getting my$75 Security deposit back Then when I message them they said they didn't see a $75 Security Deposit where I paid when it came off my card
