Ottima posizione ma non molto di più
7.0La posizione è comodissima: nel raggio letteralmente di 100 metri ci sono due supermercati, una palestra, una biblioteca, un distributore, una pizzeria/kebab e un museo. L’host è stato gentile e mi ha fatto usare la lavatrice e asciugatrice in comune nel seminterrato.
− Il rapporto qualità-prezzo secondo me non è ottimale, costa un po’ per quello che offre. Ho riscontrato un problema con l’acqua fredda che non usciva immediatamente ma bisognava farla scorrere per 10/15 minuti prima che uscisse fredda (grande spreco). In un mese di permanenza nell’appartamento il problema non è stato risolto anche dopo due segnalazioni.

− Ulkovaatteille ei kunnollisia kuivaustiloja (kuivauskaappi tms.). Pesutilat ja keittiö melko vanhat.

− Assistenza al cliente pessima, per trovare sia le chiavi che l'appartamento è stato un incubo. Una volta entrati nell'appartamento la porta interna non aveva la maniglia, il bagno era al limite dell'impossibile. Nel bagno letteralmente nella doccia (doccia indecente) c'era una lavatrice con il filo elettrico appeso. Una volta entrati nella camera che risultava fredda abbiamo provato ad accendere il termosifone, che non si è accesso. Per finire nel letto abbiamo trovato capelli cosi come nel bagno. APPARTAMENTO DA INCUBO.
