10.0Good location if you are mobile. Shuttle bus stop to the castle not too far from Hotel. Taxis are difficult to book in the busy season for short journeys like the one from the Hotel to the castle in Sirmione. Staff at the hotel are lovely, kind, and helpful. Plenty of shops and restaurants a short walk away. Our superior triple was a good size and we had a large veranda which was at the front of the hotel. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices. The bar and snack prices are reasonable food was ok. We enjoyed the swimming pool. Just about enough sun beds for everyone that wanted one. Plenty of other seats in the cafe outside area by the pool. Hotel was very clean with lots of information and reception staff were knowledgeable and helpful about ferries etc. We would definitely stay here again

9.0The property was just beautiful. It had a very Italian feel to it. It felt like a home away from. It almost felt like I was just stay at my friends posh house. The staff were excellent and nothing was any bother for them. They were very helpful on local information and helped to navigate the local bus and train services.
