6.0Very friendly and helpful staff, clean. Tried to make our stay comfortable but something's were not in their control, which was appreciated.
− All rooms are on 1st floor, no lift, lots of stairs. I had an operation on foot and I really battled every day using the stairs. Rooms don't have hairdryers or fridges had to request yet advertised. Days when staff forgot to provide towels, toilet paper, had to ask. To get hot water the tap and shower has to be left running for plus minus ten minutes or more. Need to at least put a nonslip mat in shower area, very slippery. Lots of noise from early morning as there's lots of vehicles and businesses across street. Alarm from one of businesses went off every day of our stay from before 6am until past 7am every single morning. Also few days the ladies of the night in street below our window making a racket.
