Der Aufenthalt war bis auf die Matratzen hervorragend
8.0Die Ausstattung war gut, die Zimmer waren komfortabel , das Frühstück war für den Preis hervorragend.
− Die Matratzen der Betten waren weich und durchgelesen müssten mal getauscht werden.

7.0Hotel is een soort onderdeel van een ander hotel. Dit was van te voren niet bekend dus een beetje gek aankomen. Prima restaurant om lekker te eten. Ontbijt was ook heerlijk! Fijne bedden om te slapen.

− Værelset manglede udluftning meget varmt. Køleskabet var ikke tændt, og ingen mulighed for at lave en kop kaffe/te og meget langt til restauranten.

10.0Flot overnatningssted. Vi havde en lidt afsidesliggende lejlighed som var flot og nyrenoveret indvendigt. Fin plads og faciliteter til fire. Dejlig mad ved både aften og morgenmad på hotellet.

− De ändrade pris mot vår initiala bokning och meddelade först när vi var på plats trots att vi hade konversation med boendet via WhatsApp. Var flera hundra kronor dyrare än bokningen som gjordes via booking. Anledningen var barnens ålder. Vi hade påtalat åldern 1 vecka innan ankomst och fått ett välkomsmeddelande från boendet. Ingen uppgift om att priset var höjt för ens vi var på plats. Och han i receptionen var helt oförstående. Vi kom dock överens om att jag fick boka av boendet och få pengarna tillbaka då rummens kvalitet inte motsvarade det nya priset. Det satta också oss i en situation att hitta ett nytt boende mitt ute i ingenstans sent på eftermiddagen. Bland de sämre bemötande jag har fått någonsin.
