10.0Our stay at Hostería El Puma was fantastic from start to finish. The room was beautifully designed and decorated, combining comfort, chic, and a thoughtful attention to detail that made it feel both cozy and special. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and effortless, allowing us to focus entirely on enjoying our time in the area. The staff were incredibly flexible and helpful throughout our stay. They were always available to assist with anything we needed and made us feel genuinely well taken care of. One of the highlights of staying here is the location—some the best trails start literally from the back garden, making it the perfect base for exploring the surrounding nature without even needing a car. The breakfast was excellent, and we especially loved that it was served every morning right in front of our room. It was a wonderful way to start the day while taking in the peaceful surroundings. Would choose this hotel again without any hesitation.

10.0We stayed in the deluxe suites and they were incredible. Very comfortable, strong showers, relaxing view with sofa made it very cosy for chilling after long hikes.
