− Misschien kan de badkamer een keer aangepakt worden die was verouderd.
食事には満足したので、まあまあ。
5.0スタッフが感じよかった。
− 部屋のふろがいまいちだった。まず、前泊者の女性用下着が干してあった。清掃スタッフは気が付かなかったのだろうか。風呂の上部がカビなどで汚れていた。次に、枕カバーが擦り切れて穴が空いていた。ベッドメイクしたスタッフは気が付かなかったのだろうか。 第三に、早めにチェックインできたらと思っていたところ、フロントで女性の係に冷たく拒否された。15時が正式なチェックインの時間だとは理解できたが、言い方がいかにも冷たいものだった。
