An Absolute perfection of a stay
10.0We had a wonderful stay at New Royal Mount Hotel, Nuwara Eliya. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location is convenient, with beautiful views and easy access to nearby attractions and the overall service exceeded our expectations. Great value for money, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nuwara Eliya. We would definitely stay here again!
It’s cheap and best for short stay
5.0View is wonderful but the service was kinda slow like there was no water bottles and kettle and coffee , tea bags and tea cup

9.0Absolutely lovely staff, so helpful and thoughtful. Nice big room with comfy beds and nice view. Good to be out of the centre of town with the traffic but easy to walk / tuk tuk into town too. Good to be able to use the kitchen too. Good value for money. Would definitely stay again if we were back.
