Mucho frío en las noches
6.0No cuenta con calentadores y hay mucho frío en las noches. El hotel es limpio y bonito. El personal es amable pero no tienen muchos consejos sobre turismo. No queda muy cerca del centro de sopocachi.

Nice hotel well located
6.0Expedia took money from my visa to pay for the first night reservation and the hotel is charging 35 CAD when the rate in the expidia Web site was 19 CAD. THIS IS VERY UPSETTING AND I WOULD LIKE EXPEDIA TO REINBURSE THE EXTRA CHARGE AND DEAL WITH THE HOTEL

8.0J'ai pu me reposer. Je n'ai pad été dérangé. Personnel très gentil et arrangeant. Petit déjeuner très bon. Il manque un chauffage dans la chambre.
