7.0We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was excellent, and the view from our rooms was absolutely marvelous. The rooms was very clean and comfortable, and the beach was nice and enjoyable. The animation team was fantastic and really made our stay more fun and enjoyable. Almost all of the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They were always ready to assist whenever we needed anything. Overall, we had a great experience and truly enjoyed our stay.
− The food was unfortunately a major disappointment. The way it was prepared needed significant improvement. We and other guests also had an unpleasant experience with the chef responsible for the snacks, whose attitude toward guests was not professional or welcoming.

1.0Haben gestern ausgecheckt, es wird 1 Nacht vom Hotel verlangt, den Rest soll ich von euch zurück erstattet bekommen Über euch habe ich steigengenberger hotel gebucht, hier ist es sehr schön Werde dann am 30.9. Von euch wieder ein Taxi bestellen Mit welcher Reisegesellschaft arbeitet ihr zusammen? Brauche hier einen Berater und dessen Telefonnummer

7.0Mr. Awny the reception manager was a good guy and very helpful. The reception team " Alaa, El tayeb" were decent. The food was good but almost the same stuff everyday. Barely you can tell any difference. The beach is okay. In general I and my wife, we had a good experience.
