− The food is not hygienic. I had serious diarrhoea (6 times) after having their dinner buffet which led me to the hospital by calling ambulance and affected my journey. Sent by complains to the hotel email and no follow up had been taken. So disappointed with a 5-star hotel like this!!! Also the room toilet carries strong smoking smell!!
Comfortable and convenient hotel with great staff.
9.0Good location. 15 minutes to park and less to restaurants at romance park. Clean, huge hotel. Great staff. Hotel is modern furnished, and doesn’t feel dated. Enjoyed the lively campfire and cultural song/dance outside the hotel.
