El peor hotel, por la atención y por no ser serios con sus clientes

Nada ya que llegue a las instalaciones teniendo reserva y me dicen que no tienen habitación.

− La atención de la conserje muy mala. Además no sé cuál es el fin de hacer una reserva por la aplicación si cuando uno llega a las instalaciones, dicen que no hay habitaciones. Es una pérdida de tiempo de los clientes. Pésimo servicio del hotel. Deberían mínimo avisar con anticipación que no tienen habitación y no estar haciendo perder el tiempo de los clientes. Uno queriendo descansar, llegando agotado y salen con la sorpresa de que no hay habitación.

Atención en la recepción

− Su horario de desayuno es solo de una hora, salimos 8:30 am y que ya no había desayuno, en lo general en los días de descanso no se madruga, podrían ampliar el horario
