− Como feedback positivo (não crítica), acredito que faria muita diferença a inclusão de uma máquina lava e seca, já que o apartamento não dispõe de espaço para estender roupas, e também ralos com tampa, para evitar muriçocas e possíveis odores.
Paz, proximidade da praia e comércio, tranquilidade.
