9.0Great location, convenient for the beach and town centre. Super clean and nicely furnished. The free, off street car parking is also a welcome benefit. We’ll definitely be back for the Open in 2028!

− Very small bedroom. Somd storage snd window were very high. No mirror near an electric socket to use hairdryer Very small saucepans

9.0Great location, 10 min walk from St Annes centre. Apartment size good. Balcony though small was a nice place for Bfast and lunch and later evening drink.
− Air flow not the best but we have had exceptional hot weather
Great Location for Lytham Festival
8.0This is a great location - We used this as a base for Lytham Festival, as its only around £8 in an Uber to the festival Nice walk into St Annes, for all your conveniences
− This isn't anything we didn't like - It matched my expectations, as we stayed the previous year for the Lytham Festival
