ホテルのサービス、客先対応は良かった。部屋も清潔に保たれていて、温泉も良かった。 しかし、支払いにて　ホテルズコムでリワード適応で予約し、確認できていたいのに現地で割引なしの全額が請求された。

My son and I are on our first trip to Japan and wanted to explore more than the cities. From the moment we got to Kane Midori, we felt welcome and knew we would have a wonderful experience. They let us pick out our yakata's, took us to our room and explained everything to us. The yakata was so comfortable, the food for dinner and breakfast was delicious, the staff was very attentive and helpful, the baths were clean and every moment was perfect. I will definitely recommend this experience and will go back.

This ryokan was lovely- all the staff were so accommodating and made us feel very special! The ryokan itself is dainty and pleasant. There was public Onsens for women’s and men’s separate (in the women’s there was 1 indoor and 1 outdoor public Onsen with shower room inside). You can also book a private Onsen when you arrive - they have 45 min time slots for 3000 yen! Also very quick walk to Yubatake and the bus station! Would recommend

Beautiful property and inside/outside onsen. Splurge for the (9 course!) set dinner and breakfast option - we got lucky and were assigned a private room to enjoy the elegance. A wonderful place to stay in a wonderful town!

Good to know

Reservations are required for private bath/onsen. Reservations can be made by contacting the ryokan prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.

The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.

Guests with tattoos are welcome to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
