− La habitación no tenía agua caliente. Lo bueno es que me lo dijeron de entrada y se decidió de común acuerdo cancelar la reserva.

El personal es amable sobre todo los recepcionistas y las chicas del desayuno. El desayuno es variado pero podría estar mejor.

− El baño es muy chico, el inodoro también. Los colores de la habitación son depresivos. Las fotos de la publicación no se parecen en nada a la realidad. A las sábanas y toallas se les sentía residuos de jabón (en polvo calculo). Desde la entrada se veía el piso sucio todos los días. En horas tempranas de la mañana se escuchaba a las chicas de limpieza hablando demasiado fuerte, molesto! Es un complejo grande y no tiene nada de actividades para realizar, parece que su fuerte es el verano pero no me dan ganas de volver en ninguna estación. Habían zonas con muebles tirados, mesas de juegos tirados, etc, quedaban raros a la vista porque estaban en el medio del patio y de las habitaciones (no era un depósito)

− Están remodelando y hay mucho polvo en los espacios comunes, que además están fríos. Igual la pasamos muy bien, disfrutamos el restaurante y el personal que es muy amable. Volveremos cuando hayan completado las obras
