10.0Our stay at Benci House (Rovere) was wonderful. I had high hopes based on the photos, but upon arriving, everything was vastly exceeded. The design alone is worth the stay, different than any place I have stayed in Europe (reminded be of 1Hotels in the US), but the property is also located in a wonderfully convenient spot, walking distance to many of the sites. The service from check-in to departure was easy. We picked one of the bigger room offered, since there were two of us, and this is a perfect spot for a couples trip or for solo travel. If we are ever back in Florence, this will be our first booking!
− There weren't any "major" concerns for us here! One note - this room was located above the restaurant downstairs, so some noise/music does seep in, but we were so exhausted from our ventures around the city it didn't have any impact on our sleep quality! The biggest flag is that the air conditioning is located behind the curtain, so in order to have good airflow, you need to keep the curtains open which is not ideal for privacy, particularly at nighttime.
Overall, this is a great place and good value for the money.

9.0Excellent séjour à Florence ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Florence. L’hôte a été très réactive et rapide pour répondre à nos demandes par message, ce qui a été très appréciable. Les consignes étaient claires et faciles à suivre dès notre arrivée. La chambre était propre et bien entretenue, avec un ménage effectué tous les jours et nos serviettes, accessoires de toilettes régulièrement changées. L’emplacement est également un vrai point fort : nous étions à seulement 8 minutes à pied du centre historique de Florence, à proximité de toutes les commodités et des principaux lieux à visiter. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement pour découvrir Florence dans de très bonnes conditions !
