Beautiful hotel, not worth the price, run down area.
5.0The hotel was beautiful overall, the staff was very nice an accommodating.
− We had to move rooms 3 times. First room has issues with the AC. Second room had mold growing on the drywall above the shower. Third room was great, but was very inconvenient to have to move all of our stuff to 3 different rooms. The area was not great, lots of homeless in the area. Not the safest for walking around. Valet was very expensive and there was really no other option for parking.

Nice part of town, easy access to the action and room was comfortable. Staff was not knowleadgable.
8.0Never ate brfeakfast. It was expensive and the staff were not very helpful.
− staff was not attentive and it was difficult to tell how you got any service
Definitely not a 4 Dimand Hotel as advertised.
2.0It was very unique.
− The staff at the Moonshine Bar wouldn’t tell you the price on the drinks before you were charged, they also will allow others to charge and close out your tabs, they were not prepared for the volume of people with adequate supplies like alcohol or food. The housekeepers would come knock on your door an hour and a half before checkout time and then come every 30 minutes after you have told them that you would be checking out by 11:00 a.m which was the checkout time. The AC in the room would not keep the room cool at night.
