Das gesamte Hotel-Team und die deutschsprachige "gute Seele" Anastasia sind sehr gastfreundlich; das Hotel-Resort ist sehr gepflegt, gleiches gilt für unser Zimmer; zudem hatte unser Zimmer Zentralheizung, was in den Wintermonaten und in 800m Höhe äußerst angenehm ist; auch wenn zu diesem Zeitpunkt nur wenige Zimmer belegt waren, ist man im Restaurantbereich sehr beweglich und geht sehr gut auf Kundenwünsche ein; autentische griechische Küche; das Frühstück ist individuell, aber sehr gut; ein ganz persönliches Erlebnis: wir hatten unseren Autoschlüssel in der Impros-Schlucht verloren und Anastasia hat es geschafft, dass der Ersatzschlüssel von der Autovermietung in Heraklion noch am gleichen Abend im Hotel war (12O km) und dies ohne zusätzliche Kosten
